SINCE 2012, Revolutionary Cultural Front (RCF) has been actively pursuing the path of an alternative people’s culture. It held its 3rd All India Conference and progressive cultural festival at Bagmugaliya (Gauri Lankesh Nagar) Bhopal, on 14-15 April. It was attended by progressive intellectuals, writers, students and journalists.

On first day, on the occasion of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, a progressive cultural fest & mass meeting also organize on Caste Annihilation and Revolutionary Cultural Movement. RP Singh ( writer from Delhi) presided over it. Tuhin (All India Coordinator, KASAM, Prof. RC Dutt (Bengaluru), Ravi Paloor (Kerala), Pravin Nadkar (Mumbai), mass singer Asim Giri (Bengal), Sukhbinder (Punjab), Sheshnath Bernwal (Sanchi), people’s singer Chandrika (Chhattisgarh) and Khumendra (Bhopal) spoke. Many cultural group performed mass songs & street drama. During the public meeting new issue of Revolt, English organ of RCF and Voice of Caste Annihilation were also released.

In the conference, participants paid tribute and Gouri Lankesh, Shanmukham Pullapetha (Kerala), Poet Ajmer Singh Aulakh (Punjab), Poet Kedarnath Singh, Poet Chandrakant Devtale & Poet Kunwarnarayan, with the slogan “Resist Conspiracy to Turn India into Hindu Rashtra” and “Fight to Save Right to Freedom of Thought, Food and Culture”.

Conference discussed program, All India Report and organizational guideline of RCF a 13 member All India coordination council was formed. The committee unanimously elected Tuhin as the All India Secretary. The conference passed resolutions on nefarious attacks on dalits, freedom of expression as well as perpetual deterioration of the status of the peasantry, vulgarization, communalization and saffronisation of history and culture. It also expressed anxiety over the Situation of Chandrashekhar Ravan (Saharanpur) in Jail, pauperization of peasants, working class, increasing penury, price rise and rising atrocities on women in kathua (Jammu), Unnao, Surat, Bastar & everywhere in India.

The third All India Conference was attended by delegates of RCF from Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Bengal, Delhi, Chhattisgarh, MP & Punjab. That apart, it was well attended by representatives of many cultural and social organization, writers, eminent intellectuals, cultural activists, educationists and students. 
